Hello there. I want to buy laptop from amazon.com and refund. Does it involve any risk? Is it possible to check from Amazon imei or something else? so they can understand what i'm using?

there are 0 irl risks however there is a small chance you might have issues with your amazon/paypal account especially if you deal with low iq refunders, i recommend dealing with HQ ones only.
