My main question is, How do I make HQ pp logs and where do I get the checkers and configs

You spend loads of money on checkers and bases, and then you sell them.

Like spongeBob said it costs alot to start cracking pps. I recommend starting cracking something smaller and selling to see if you actually enjoy it and if you do you'll need to start making some money to gain enough to crack pp accs. The avg price for a pp kekr is around 500 (may be more or less 500 is just based on what ive seen) so you'll need quite a bit of money to start
