I have communicated with two people... first the owner, and second the secretary, (for speaking to me in Spanish)


He has asked me to claim the case with PayPal so that he can reimburse me,

then he told me to close the claim so that the money can be released...
He hasn't responded to me yet.

Why have they asked me to make a claim on paypal so that they can close it later and thus the money is released?

once the buyer closes a claim in paypal he can no longer do it again...

why have they asked me for that? and then they don't respond....
I had to start this thread to get contacted again...
