Amazon seller here, this is completely useless. This is a label that gets sent to amazon warehouses for prep and then distribution. You attach both labels and the upper one idetifies to the workers what is in the box. If we do not want to send in a label, we simply never attach them. If they never arrive, we can file a complaint w amz and lose. Or we can reprint the label. Due to the large amount of boxes, weight, and prices of labels, I can assure you this was reprinted and probably shipped. At most, you can fuck up the seller by sending in an empty box and will possibly cause an investigation which will lead to nothing since he sent in the box already.
