hello her some step to use cookies in mobile to use netflix,primevideo
1st   install firefox
2nd  install cookies-editor in extension
3rd  visit netflix website
4th  open in desktop mode
5th go to the cookies editor in extension section and allow cookies editor to edit cookies this site.
6th then past the cookies 

notice .
every website you visit in mobile to use cookies . first you open website in desktop mode .
