python the best for hacking: such as black hat, grey hat, white hat, C# is better for password cracking / checkers as it is much faster - hope this helps

C# actually teaches you more about programming itself.
Python is the meme language everyone uses because you can basically just write english and it works.
I'd suggest starting with something like C#, its a good middle ground and can do anything you want with decent performance.
