Op is missing little context here 


I banned the account but it got unbanned here’s the proof of report review

And my tos clearly states that if account gets unbanned we will reban hence no refund is assured 
I can provide reban as a replacement but no refund hence there was no such refund policy unless the account couldn’t get banned we don’t provide refund

you are claiming you banned the account and the picture there is only a message from support saying that you report the page nothing more . 

the video I sent show that you agree on refund and you didn't issue it  when I ask about it you said it got banned ( obv page got banned only in your imagination )
