I've noticed that when trying to paste images or add via text editor it will glitch and show a broken image.
This has happened no matter the source of the image, are you guys aware of this?

Why'd you put (FIX) in the title if you don't have a fix.... Yes it happens to me sometimes, I presume just a problem with media storage.
