Is Valorant safe?

---  First of all, I'm not sure where to post this, so forgive me if this is not the right place to post this. 

--- I'm sure you're all of aware of Valorant's anti-cheat system controversy, which to sum it up; basically injects a vgk.sys right into your boot of your computer, this or your computer is not trusted for Valorant's anti-cheat. The anti-cheat stays running even if you're not playing the game, and the only thing left to do is basically trust Riot Games and what they say or not play the game. 
 

Despite the system running while your PC is on, it “does not collect or send any information about your computer back to us. Any cheat detection scans will be run by the non-driver component only when the game is running.”

--- Is it safe to play this game, also what are the risks of running the vgk.sys?

when i installed volarant on my p it started to glitch and freeze my screen i was worried what would happen to my computer as i have worked very hard for it. it comes up as error 43 upon reinstall. anyone with the same issues?

This will only be in Beta version in full version it will not be anymore

Sorry for the late reply but I don't think Valorant is the cause here, I have installed it and have had it installed for a week now, nothing has freezed or glitched. Get your PC checked.
