Well, 

1. your not upgraded so cant sell in the marketplace anyway.
2. i assume pre loaded vcc's come under fraud, but im no expert in that department.

I do not randomly add people offsite, always confirm you are speaking with any other sentonta account by sending me a private message onsite

so If so then for sure I'll buy a rank.

2: my prepaid cards are not stolen or so .. this is a kind of service here in my country .. It generates a temp card for online purchases .. it is literally temporary. Valid for only 1 hour and 1 use only. 

I can show proof to mods that it is sth legal here in my country .. I deposit money in my account and generate the VCC through the mobile app of that service.
