tried on 4 accounts, has been 7+ days since i have registered the reference codes, and haven't received a single email about the confirmation. so i contacted them on live chat and on 1 account, they said that it has been confirmed, and i should receive the refund within 3-6 weeks, and on another account, they said that i had to do the whole process again. so im not sure too
