Yes, it's a scam. 

Speaking of BitFiat.

I downloaded the only recently available version of their script (they then removed it from their Telegram channel) and decompiled it. It turned out to be a regular C# script that "scans wallets" (actually just does a print of text), and at the end a fake error appears that asks to contact the support and then apparently he starts charging money for air.

Anyone interested in looking at the script, drop me a pm and I'll send it to you.

btw the author of the script has blocked me on telegram :d

im 100% sure its just a silent miner, but tricks you into thinking its "looking for wallets"
