Israel is essentially a large US military base set to keeps its influence over the region. That’s why it is funded by the US at around $3B a year, with only the constraint that Israel spends that money to buy weapons from US military companies. So the US prints money, gives to Israel and the money returns back home as revenue. Almost sounds like a money laundering exercise with arms dealing
