Additional Information: He has told me to send a doc with ssn and he will pay later as you see in the ss above. He said he is waiting for payment . I waited 24h+ but he ghosted me . And after I found out he is Online in cracked he said he didnt tell me to send anything xD

Infact, this user is lying out of his mouth.
He has sent my contact to a friend of his, we agreed with his friend that I will sell him two docs, two Ohio, front back selfie ssn, he has paid for two documents, I sent him one, and I told him I actually don't have the other one, since he wanted specific ages. I told him I can either refund him, or replace it with a different state, and then he just told me it's fine, and I don't need to give him anything.

Infact yes, I won't lie, I made a new telegram account and recontacted this user to sell him more docs, since he was ingoring my main account, because he still owed me another payment of 5$. (Not the one in the scam report), and the same thing happened on my second account, he grabbed the doc, made me wait, and never paid our anything.
