Use this WinForms library to make a good UI. Here is the framework crack.
This is a slightly outdated version(1.0.0.3 ), however fully functional and similar to the updated one.

Download Cracked DLL: 

Tutorial for use:

1. Open toolbox
   
2. Right click, press add tab, name to whatever ( I choose siticone)
   
3. Right Click and choose items
   
4. Click browse, and Choose the UI DLL.
