I didnt check out the program (Due to me, not liking the nature of the product. But might be different with you) but you can easily use it with a bit of skill, especially when selecting the network ranges to scan, you can easily access cameras.
It also includes a couple of tools and its user guide to access more specific cameras that, although they are not self-developed, do fulfill their function. 

If you are interested in the subject of CCTV it is a good starting point. (I don't condone doing this for ethic sakes)
