the booter/botnet must have vouches/proof if i send you a ip to test it on

tried BUUTER.CC and it was ass and couldnt even take down my target. then support said it was wrong ip when i know it wasn't THEN support left me on read L

so looking for someone who knows what their doing and has OP power
