.LOLI (NEED HELP) Config not working when using Proxies

I am new to cracking and working on an openbullet config currently. The config is working fine when i use it without Proxies. But end up with the error when using it with Proxies.
Status code: None
ERROR: Unable to connect to the HTTP-server

Any help on where i need to look at to fix this? 

PS: The proxy i'm testing it with is working fine

So are you saying you are using your ISP given I.P. to "test" the profile or actually a proxy?
