i personally use a sip trunk service called Telnyx which allows caller id spoofing through the web portal and all u have to do is connect to a softphone. The pricing is alright but u will have to see for urself. Also Commpeak is a good one aswell cos it has some really cheap rates. Lmk if u need any more help u can message me on discord ops#8822

Quite cheap, u can check the website for exact prices to countries but in the UK its like 1p a minute or something
