Stop going to casino, gambling addiction arguably one of the worst possible. Its not worth it. If you're gonna go. You budget the money, take 200$ or something and spend a weekend with friends and accept that you're gonna lose it all. If you lose it all. Too bad, no harm no foul though. But if you win some and then lose it. Still only lost the 200. Going back with more money to gamble, which you're inevitably going to win atleast a little on will reinforce the same reward and pleasure centers that drive you back even though on the bottom line you're losing a ridiculous amount of money,

The adrenaline, risk, and chance is all fun in such a fancy and high stakes environment but its simply not worth what it does to you  in the long run. It will ruin your ability to feel pleasure form other things in life. And it will negatively impact you. Your mental health will suffer, your relationships with others will suffer, people will not trust you and will see you as someone who is impulsive and out of control if this is a line you continue going down.

There's no harm in a bit of fun every once in awhile, but its important to remember that everything must be done in moderation. It sounds like maybe that simply isn't possible in this case. Id advise that you maybe take a break from gambling. Call it a detox or a tolerance break whatever you want. And when, or if you do go back. Go back with  friends and make it a social event about connecting with people and doing something with those around you, not something where you endlessly chase the dopamine rush of winning pennies back on the dollar.
