- Create a new Loyalty program account on there site: kohls.com/myaccount/createaccount.jsp
- Set up birth date as a the day prior, as you will be enquiring on your birthday reward's
- Once set up you will want to ask via chat to a live agent (cs.kohls.com ) "I have checked my email in hope's my $10 rewards card would arrive and I have yet to receive". Sometimes the right agent will assist and generously offer more but no guarantee whatsoever.
