I mean Leecher can also simply be reported if it bothers you, then it is done by hand, otherwise your compromise is not even so bad but I assume that they will paste the whole then 2x or as already said just make a few number twists purely what I could but still imagine if newly registered users come to the forum that must first share what before the can comment anywhere so you could still halfway faster "sifting", if the first post is posted in Leaks for example, a staff will first look to see if it's trash anyway. I could also imagine that this is not the solution to the problem, otherwise it would have been fixed long ago.

i think to stop leeching 
new users should have to hit the like button to view any content

that way you get something out of it to view your content ...instead of blahblah ckkccchjcchjcjciiddd9ed
you feel your work is appreciated that way and maybe they will understand to post good content of their own
to help them get their own likes and rep......bit like a pyramid we all get there in the end and gain some status and rank
