Please make a marketplace rule that specifically forces users not to say they are offering these things
  1.  Lifetime upgrades (this is impossible because 95% of upgraders are using third party tools such as a turkish vcc method, family accounts (spotify) or some other bullshit method
  2.  Lifetime Subscriptions (i've seen this alot for example, "Lifetime until the service goes out of business" <- Not really lifetime is it
  3.  Lifetime Warranty (this is bullshit because i know the fat 15 year old in 20 years down the line isnt hopping on cracked.io to reupgrade some fat mexicans disney plus account or replace the account I purchased on his dodgy account shop)
Please make it specifically a rule to get rid of the "Lifetime" bullshit and make it a marketplace rule for example make it a limit to a month standard for example a warranty limit or subscription time limit of 6 months or 3 months.

Also @Liars heyyyy

Yes, I fully endorse and support this. I've been scammed so many times by niggers such as @Ordwise by buying their lifetime upgrades and having them last 2 months, and then be told "if you'd have bought it directly at the retail price, it would last as long as mine, so there is no issue here". These retards are running big scam schemes.

The worst thing here is that they continue to sell other shit in here and never get banned.

I think that could work, tho I have some doubts, sometimes, people selling stuff (where they get their cheap stuff) at a markup they can offer 5x replacements before breaking even, and so on. Users come and go, so I would advise having a banner to "discourage the sale with - Lifetime products (keyword) or similar"

I am thinking, for software, you can say like lifetime access to the software on your PC, (updates are free, but not forever) or (updates for this software is $99/month). For any other online service, like CR, Premium accounts etc It would be like if it doesn't work within 30 days, complimentary replacement, (or refund only if we can't provide it).

The thing is I believe most users in this forum understand the risks even with MM service that their product/service isn't lifetime, (the software can be lifetime, or not if it needs internet to work). *tho I can be wrong.

If I sold on this marketplace, usually I would have my own detailed terms/conditions for my product and service in hide tags, (something like: recommend to use in forum middleman, indemnification, arbitration, 60 day product warranty for Upgraded, 30 day warranty otherwise, and if the product shuts down within 6 months from purchase, within 30 days from that occurrence, you can apply for forum credit, 100% purchase price back for Supreme Members, 50% for Infinity, 25% for Premium, and so on).

Yeah this is pretty complex, but I do agree that people shouldn't make promises on their posts that extend far down the line.

In my opinion the first point is valid but the other 2 are common sense
