Additional Information: seller gave me an account that was supposed to be "FA" (full access). Owner of the account (which I think is himself), ticketed riot to get the account back. No replacement. After I confronted him, he added the phrase "Valorant accounts are very unsafe depending on pricing this is why you should be cautious when buying. This means we do not give any type of warranty on these accounts." to his "secure guide", which was not there before, also have screenshots of that.
EDIT: He changed account details even though I had changed password, email, and basically followed his entire "secure guide", wouldnt have bought if this wasnt indicating that the accounts wouldnt actually be secure then

I have mentioned many times and it’s also in the rules and in the secure guide the Valorant fa accounts are not safe. I have never mentioned any type of warranty to him about his little 12$ account I even clarified that if he told me HE WAS RESELLING I would have told him to ensure he checks everything. He also told me that I need to give him a replacement and tried to threat me with a scam report like I he cannot see the guide . Acted like I gave him warranty when I clearly never mentioned anything about warranty. All I give is a guide.

I have never mentioned a warranty, neither did he but I also did not expect the seller to ship accounts that he is taking away just after selling. After the sale, he said that he would have told me that I should check things? 12 dollars for an account that I was not able to use once is diabolical.

User has stated that there was a mentioning about unsafe accounts when purchasing valorant accounts, I took screenshots of everything, from each ticket I even took screen recordings. This is the original secure-guide, which the user has changed upon confrontation: https://imgur.com/a/uKKn7Ff
He added the line "Valorant accounts are very unsafe depending on pricing this is why you should be cautious when buying. This means we do not give any type of warranty on these accounts.", as stated earlier. I can send proof in DMs that I changed email, password and enabled 2FA on the account, there were no connections on the account and logging out everyone is not notifying the owner, therefore I do not have proof of doing that, but honestly, why wouldn't I?

Creating a "secure guide" is just very misleading in this case, especially when not having a remark, like the one he has just added afterwards. I expect a secure guide to actually secure an account, there is no other point of buying an FA account.

EDIT: The user has never mentioned before the purchase that the accounts were unsafe, so these are just pure lies. He has his self-made ticket bot in his server, which I assume has also transcripts. Although he might also just fake these transcripts at this point. I have clear screenshots and screen recordings, some on pc, some on mobile which are very clear. Can also be sent in pms on request.

As you said never mentioned anything about warranty. Had to add more to it so the clowns like u who cry over 10$ can know clearly.

This shows the “proof” that he sent which is idiotic that proof was in December and I have done an edit to the secure guide around 4-5 days ago. I do not know why he is trying to get his money back after fully knowing the dangers of these accounts.

Simply just an absolute donut.
