Honestly, not sure.
I mean for justice having this kind of informations from US company is not easy as we can imagine.
The process can be long and costly, so depending of what you did, the country who are looking to you can just decide that is not worth it. 
And I would say what I am saying is more applicable if the country who are looking for you is not US based.
