Any suggestions for new series to watch while in lockdown? I'm dying here
Edit: I'm pretty open to anything right now tbh, series, movies, anime... I've recently finished Psych and the new Sabrina on Netflix. Considering some thriller too. Anime I've watched konosuba (great series btw) but I don't know too much about it aside from some I've heard of
We recently saw "Romulus," which is about the beginnings of Rome. It's fabulous and it's in Latin!! If you liked shows like "Vikings" or even "Game of Thrones," you'll probably like this. And watch "Vikings" and "Game of Thrones" if you haven't. Also, we just finished "The Serpent." It's based on a 1970s serial killer who hung out a lot in Thailand. It was exciting for sure. If you like dogs, "The Pack" is entertaining. It's like "The Amazing Race" with dogs. And watch "The Amazing Race" too if you haven't watched that yet.

That sounds pretty awesome! I know there is the new show Barbarians which is also in Latin/German, but is much later in the history. I saw Vikings and GOT (still salty about season 8) so this will definitely be something to search. Dogs are always appreciated so I'll be sure to check those out too lol. Thanks for the suggestions!

I totally forgot about that show! We wanted to watch it a bit earlier in 2020, but didn't get around to it. It was prior to "Romulus" and at the time, "Barbarians" advertised itself as the only show that actually had the Romans speaking Latin. Not any more LOL. Thanks for reminding me. BTW -- we started "Bridgerton," which is kind of like "Downton Abbey," but by Shonda Rhimes. It's very entertaining and looks amazing.
