Logi has been terribly slow right now with replacement approvals. Right now at 1 month waiting for the approval of a replacement.

How did you contact them? PM me I’ll help you .
Never seen ANY company take that long.

I emailed them. This was recent for me, it took about 1 month for my replacement for MX Master 3 to get approved. I think another reason is product is high demand and constantly out of stock.
