Looking for a google sheet designer for refunds

I am looking for someone who can help me develop a google spreadsheet that our team can utilize so as to streamline the orders and their processing. We had a sheet developed via a well-known person here who offers this service but the sheet had tons of bugs and was definitely not up to the mark. And so, well, we are looking for a new sheet that receives input from when customers fill out the form, keeps us updated with the progress (makes it easy for the workers to be able to edit the progress part of the sheet and also includes space for adding notes and well-tracking links and "reminders" like "check this row in 2 weeks" so that the worker knows when a sheet is ready.
Preferably, I am looking to buy one from a person who does have experience with refunds themselves so that they know the things that such a sheet could include. We are receiving hundreds of orders daily and so we definitely can use a robust sheet so as to make stuff easier for us.
I would prefer buying from a high-ish repped person over here than a complete newbie. I will review the sheet and its scripts for any malicious code and if I find any, I will be opening a scam report.
