Looking for someone experienced with seedbox to nas automation

trying to automate downloads, transfer and organize media from my SB to my QNAP NAS. shoot me a message with how much you would charge and how long it would take, you would be walking me through how to do everything. i will not let you sign in.

EDIT: My seedbox provider is seedit4me and they do not allow SSH access.

This is a bump
ive tried using FTP, SFTP and a few other methods. my seedbox doesnt allow SSH so its hard to do using a script.
