Additional Information: Once I paid the guy 500$, I instantly told him to refund me because he said he doesn't even know when he's going to be able to send the money to my bank, I waited a day and half for him to refund me his excuse was ( I have to wait for my brother verification to log into my Paypal account ) So I watied and went to sleep and when I woke up he said he sent the money to lupy even tho the second I paid him I told him to refund me and not to continue the thing until Lupy is ready to send me my money, And when I asked Lupy for screenshots that he sent the money to my bank he said that I have to wait for another 3 days for him to get the money and I would wait another 4 days for the money to get to me even tho I've told him from the start to refund me once I paid him.

He's trying to make the duration longer just so he can scam more people before he goes off. I want my refund now

Hello. I'm CCTBET, I am the mister who has received $500 on my PayPal from this child and the one who has been hired from lupy.
Once i did receive this amount of money i should be trying to send it over by xoom iban transfers to lupy(which i did.), not as fast as i normaly do because i have my personal life.
Now the money should be on it's way ito lupy. Lupy provides a good and trusteable service so far and i don't think that he is trying to scam this kid. If i was in this person's position i'd be upset too, and i am sorry for the delay on our service. Lembo, i'll just ask you once again to be patience and wait for the money as it's on it's way to lupy and then lupy should be sending it to you as soon as he cain im certain!
