basically what the title is

do whatever tf you want with ts
you can edit it first in visual studio code or github
then if you want it to fully function heres what you want do
make a repo or fork in github with the files
then link your github to https://vercel.com then import it to the site
optional custom domain : things needed below
namecheap.com - only cost about 1 - 20 dollars depending on what you want
cloudflare account - just change the dns or nameservers ( make sure you own the domain first )
( its better to get a custom domain so you dont have to deal with a shit long url that it generates 4 you )
