Additional Information: Purchased 8x Discord Nitro Classic, only 4x were usable

I basically purchased 8x Discord nitro and 4 of the were faulty. I want to be either refunded or replaced.
I dont want to make a big deal out of it tbh, but I keep being ghosted and hope I will get an answer here.
