we can not force someone to choose a winner by the giveaway requirements.

   though some people won't choose any winners. they just close threads.

   so, make it a must, that every giveaway thread must have winner anounced before it gets closed.

i see some dumbshits making giveaway threads and closing them with no winner just to gain some likes/reps 

Also there would be some stats for the giveaway organizer and the winner who won
