Methods for making LIT (no ink disappearing)

Hi guys, do you know any methods to do the LIT method? I had heard that it can also be done by applying poor quality tape on a label printed with a photo printer. But it doesn't convince me very much. Do you know any other methods, or do you have any ideas? NO INK disappearing please
