Minimum posts req. to create threads

There should be a minimum posts required for new member to allow them to create new threads in some forums, like cracking tools, and leaks

its annoying most of the e-books leaks are just a copy paste stuff from older threads

I second this, event though I am a new member I believe contributions should be made before new posts are allowed. This would make the forum more HQ, and less spammy.

well it seems to be nice idea.. but how will you check that new member is HQ or not ? what if his first thread is HQ... and what if he reached certain amount of posts and still he is doing ebooks shit...

in this way we can't tell whether he is HQ or your suggestion should be implemented

+1, I saw some people join the forum, repost some Ultra Low Quality old stuff, like 30 threads, then they can easily leech 300 posts without getting banned...

There should be like 10 posts minimum to make a thread, so maybe like they speak with people in Lounge or something before immediately starting.

Can I get more input on this? Interesting idea, but could also block or disturb potential new members who like to contribute straight away.

Or something like 24 hours active time? or 30 posts counts to create new threads looks imo a great idea.

I’m a new member, and still agree with this. Raising the post requirement to 10 or 15 would make this forum much more high quality.

The recent unban seems to have made it so there are an insane amount of leeching or scam posts, and this may be prevented by a higher limit.

In all, it’s a small price to pay for a more HQ forum.

For my opinion this is a good idea.
These sections are targeted by new members to post their viruses ( rats, keyloggers, botnets ), scam methods and much more going on in these sections:

Edited: Alot of new members just post a virus or scam method and never log back in on c.to.
