Im new to bitcoin and thwhen i paid to upgrade i sent 9.99 US instead of 9.99 EUR. I know it said how much to send right infront of my face but im half retarded sometimes. I have $4 left in btc.. Im wiling to send the entire $4 to upgrade. It was my fault after all.
