First of all, you are dumb as fuck.
By giving her "instagram" you are potentionally discovering yourself for nothing.
Second of all, there's something called "Sign out from all devices" and that will cause that everyone who has your password and/or accounts will be required to login again (which they won't be able to do because you will change your password).
Third thing, dude you are living in 21st century and if you haven't heard for 2FA then you are dumber than I thought.
