Hello guys, I leave here my review about this seller. I bought a Zen Personal account with MM. There was no problem with the delivery, the problem comes when I deposit my money to work and in a few hours the account is banned with my money inside, they ask me for the owner's documents, I contact this seller to be able to solve the problem... NO I ASK YOU FOR A REFUND or REPLACEMENT OF THE ACCOUNT, just to help me recover my trapped money and his response is that "THAT SERVICE MAY COST SOME MONEY".

I am really disappointed at how unprofessional it is, so I only advise you to be careful with this person since he is not honest, terrible service.

To clarify, I followed all your instructions, even if you have not complied with your warranty terms since in less than 24 hours the account was blocked. Likewise, he only blames me for the fact that the root of the loss was for depositing the money... a joke, I know.

About this situation. I'm sorry that your account was blocked after the first deposit, but my guarantee extends until the first transaction, then I cannot be responsible for the actions of the bank. Regarding additional payment, you asked for an ID, often account owners ask for additional money for this and I simply buy their documents from them, I cannot do this with my own money.
