I have exactly the same experience as this buyer. Bought several accounts from other sellers and no problems. I know how to fund a account.
Seller also blames me, only solution is some discount on the next order
I think the account was already blacklisted before i used it (he used a IP from Saudi-Arabia, not very smart to use)
Tried to find a solution but there was none that suits me.
The money is lost in the account i can live with. But his services are not good.
I would not vouch for this seller

I would like to clarify this situation.

Yes, this guy bought an account from me, he successfully logged in and made the first transaction, which already means that everything is ok with the account, on the second transaction of 500 euros, the bank froze his account, after which the buyer decided that I should provide him with a new account for free, although no return policy implies a replacement after a transaction on the account, any seller will confirm this to you. After my refusal to provide a free account, the buyer began to hint to me that if I do not do this, he will write a bad review on me, I do not like when I am blackmailed and offered to contact the administrator of the forum so that he would decide who of us is right, to which he refused and agreed that the admin would take my side, but at the same time decided to write this review, I do not see any reason to replace this account, but offered a 60% discount on the next one simply as a sign of loyalty, but he was not satisfied with this. Regarding the Saudi Arabian IP, all accounts of this type are initially set to the Dutch IP, the buyer sent me a screenshot with the Saudi IP after the fact on the third day, I do not think that this is proof. Regarding help in withdrawing money from blocked accounts, when I have the opportunity to do this, I always do it, sometimes drops ask for money for passing additional verification in order to withdraw them, and the additional fee is taken only to pay for their services, and not because I want to earn extra money.

My opinion stays the same. The IP is what messed up the account in the beginning. Then offering 60% discount is just a way to earn some extra money. Also you never suggested to help me with helping withdrawing money from my blocked account. So i dont no why you are mentioning this.
And there was no blackmail like you suggest. For us buyers this is the only way to tell are experience, bad or positive.
