Need Customers / Marketing Team

I'm looking to hire a marketing team for my refunding service. Or someone that can get me customers. 
If customers come and order items to refund. You will get between 50-70% of the revenues for the first few refunds. Then I could possibly pay you weekly / monthly 
Anything is accepted, discord dm's, telegram dm's, advertising on other forums, slots etc. 
As long as I get customers. (Not just members, members that are actually going to place orders.)

It all depends on how many customers I get. But since you're high repped. You could get 80% of what the customer that you got me is paying for his refund. It's a 20-25% fee. 
If my service gains more customers. If you want to keep advertising you'll be payed either weekly or monthly (your income will depend on the number of customers)
The target probably won't be cracked members, If that works, sure. But I feel like it's too saturated and maybe couldn't get me that many serious customers ? 
Maybe targeting customers, who aren't really familiar with a refunding service, could be better. Otherwise they could just go to a 15% fee refunding service / highly repped one instead of mine.

I can offer a fixed price if you can guarentee me customers. 
Like for example : 100$ every 10 customers (Example) 
Customers do not mean members btw

i mean a fixed price for doing it since i can open a thread write posts take your sig onto my profile or even change the background for you but i want to atleast get paid for that and not wait till any customers come to you
