Hey everyone, 
I hope you're all doing well. I'm here today because my friend is in a bit of a bind, and we're seeking some advice and assistance on how to handle a rather tricky situation.
Here's the deal: My friend recently changed his phone and got a new one.
Unfortunately, he's now locked out of his Gmail account because he can't remember his password.
We do have the email address and password, but we don't have direct access to the account.
We've tried contacting Google's support several times, but they haven't been able to provide any solutions, which is quite frustrating.
We're reaching out to this community to see if anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to regain access to the account.
We want to stress that we're looking for a legal and ethical way to resolve this issue.
