Which one it's the most HQ, in terms of privacy and shit. don't fucking tell me revolut/wise/monzo. on 2k-5k eur deposits they lock the accounts, and ask for proof/ addy/ verifications and shit (even after i've verified myself once) they ask that even on withdrawals from Binance and shit.

I don't know if you'll find any as all of the banking applications/sites have implemented "thousands" of verifications before you can do anything with the money. That's because they wish to know every single thing about a person, so the privacy won't exist anymore and they'll even "control" what you can buy or not (in the near future - from my point of view).
