Need advice on paypal | not limited, but unsolvable phone verification

hi, so i have a usa paypal, im german. account is not limited.
i went on with no proxy, so german ip, for a few weeks, so after 1 limit that got resolved the algo trusted the german ip.

a few days ago paypal started asking for number verification on sending money, account still not limited or anything, i could log in fine,
so i tried with a usa vpn/no vpn, german number, usa number, they always hit me with "sorry we couldnt verify its you." or just straight up didnt accept the number.

in a few days i would try with a residential usa proxy, and a usa number, any suggestions how to resolve this if someone had a simular problem before?

Is this your number that you provided when creating your account? I think you should give the same number that you gave while registering the account. If there is no access to the number for any reason, you can solve the problem by talking to the support. thank you
