  • Eat enough protein to gain musclemass (2-2.5g of protein pr. kg. bodyweight)
  • Drink a lot of water!
  • Eat food that helps your body to produce collagen and elastin (e.g. melon, carrots, walnuts etc. etc.)

Also, aloe vera is told to help if you use an aloe vera gel daily.

If you continue your weightloss, make sure not to do it extremely ... 0.5 to 1 kg pr week will do it, no need to rush it, as after effects such as loose skin will occur.

Keep it up and congratz on your weightloss, buddy!

The most efficient way to get rid of loose skin is gaining muscle. Your skin was stretched out to accommodate the fat and now there's nothing where the fat was. If you gain muscle, you'll see significant improvement.

I think you have to eat healthy food and go to gym. I am sure that a properly selected diet and training program will help you. Do exercise and eat more protein foods. But it is very important that this food must be natural, of high quality and in accordance with food safety, which you can learn about at https://essentialfoodhygiene.co.uk/. Show patience. Nothing will happen quickly, it will take several months to see the result, but it will definitely be. You can also consult with a dietitian to help you choose the right diet. Good luck.
