Don't come with this clear cache and delete cookies bullshit.
The problem: I can't send money, my paypal is full verified and has all details proven, the money is from balance
Ive tried:
Clearing cache about 20 times
Deletet cookied abot 50 times
Changed my ip 15 times
I tried sending the money to like 6 different person
I have this problem since about 4 days so its not a 24h problem.
Contacting the support isn't woking too, they just tell me I should be home, clear cache, delete cookies and wait 24hours

I would recommend you to please wait for 72 hours and then try to transfer money. Also, please do not make any attempts to transfer money within 72 hours. To provide one of the safest online payment methods, PayPal reviews every transaction before it is approved. Occasionally, we may review a transaction if there may be a higher than normal level of risk associated with the transaction. Once the review has been lifted, it will go through. So, I would recommend you to please wait for 72 hours and then try to transfer money again as it will take 72 hours for the server to refresh. I hope this helps.
