Need help with Sqli Dumper and SqlMap

Basically i have 2 questions:

1. Whenever I leave my SqliDumper overnight to dump a given base it closes itself and it cannot be opened anymore and everytime I am losing the progress of the given dump.

2. Sometimes I cannot dump a base with Sqlmap even though I can dump it with SqliDumper. It says the URL is not stable or some other error.
I tried everything: --hex,--no-cast,single threading,multi threading and i cannot seem to start dumping the base. 
I have no idea why because the SqliDumper says the base is injectable and i can dump it with SqliDumper but with Sqlmap i cannot.
Any idea how to solve this or why am i getting that error?

Sadly I cannot help you with your first question because I don't use sqlidumper.
To your second questions sqlmap definitely should be able to dump what sqlidumper can, are you using the maxiumum value of the --level= and --risk= option when using sqlmap?
