First, regarding the screenshot where I mentioned daily pump and dumps, I clearly stated, "that's what I imagine." This wasn’t a guarantee—it was simply what I expected based on past performance. As I’ve said before, this type of trading is highly risky, and the group owner never promised a fixed number of signals per day.
Maybe the group never promised a fixed number of signals per day, but YOU did, I didn't have access to the group before the purchase.

As for the second screenshot, yes, I did lose $2k on one trade. But that’s exactly why I repeatedly emphasized the high-risk nature of this investment. I lost that money because my slippage failed, which can happen, especially when I wasn’t using a bot back then. Guess what? The very next day, I made $4k while you missed the pump—why that happened is something only you can explain.
Motherfucker YOU told me to wait and see if the bot was going to work.

Regarding your accusation of me being condescending, I’ve tried to deal with this situation as fairly as possible, even offering you a refund early on, which you declined. I’ve been upfront about the risks, and you agreed to take them. Now, because things didn’t go your way, you’re pushing for a refund. The truth is, this is how high-risk investments work—sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose.

You claimed that there's activity everyday and you never lost money, that's what you've been upfront about.

You’re the only one out of the group asking for a refund while others accept the situation, knowing we’re all still carrying the same risk. If you can’t handle the uncertainty, that’s on you—not me or the group.
Lastly, I understand you’re frustrated, but resorting to insults won’t change the facts. If this is such a "pain" for you, you had every opportunity to walk away when I offered you a refund after your purchase. But now? The deal is done, and we all have to live with the risks we agreed to.

And just to clarify one more time—the group is still active, and the opportunities are still coming in.

You can't scam people just because you said 'no refunds' before the purchase.
You weren't upfront about the risks, you said you never lost money, and there's daily activity in the group (as shown in the screenshots), you kept talking about how many opportunities they are (as you still do now).
Every week you keep saying, next week it will begin, next week there will be opportunities, next week, next week. Now 1 month has passed by. I showed a lot of patience.
Plus, if you really made that much money you wouldn't have tried to scam a measly 3.518 LTC.

And, when you said risk, you meant the risk of losing money, which I did and I didn't ask you to refund that money. The main problem is that, THERE'S NO FUCKING ACTIVITY. How do you think that's fair is beyond me.
And you clearly stated that you paid the fee with a credit card, meaning you can always do a chargeback. https://ibb.co/6nSMwJR So there's obviously no risk for you, only me :)
Hello Admins and Micrinne,

Let me clear a few things up because it seems you're not fully understanding how this works.

First, regarding your claim that I guaranteed daily activity—what I said was "that’s what I imagine." It wasn’t a guarantee; it was an expectation based on past performance. You’re focusing too much on one phrase without acknowledging that I repeatedly emphasized the high-risk nature of this group and trading.

Yes, I did lose $2k on one trade, and I told you clearly that this can happen in high-risk investments. My slippage failed, something that happens in crypto trading. But guess what? The next day, I made $4k. You missed that pump. Why? Only you can answer that, but it shows that profits were still possible even after that loss.

Regarding the bot, I suggested waiting to see if the bot would work, but you chose to sit out. That’s on you. Just like in real life—if you’re trading stocks and you miss an opportunity because you’re unsure, that’s your decision. The market doesn’t wait for anyone, and neither do these opportunities.

Now, let's talk about the group and refund situation. I have no plans to do a chargeback on the memecoin group because, as I’ve said, it's making me money and I’m confident it will continue to do so. The group is still live, and I’m still making profits. The reason I’m not refunding you is simple: I gave you multiple chances to take a refund after your purchase, and you refused. Now, you’re asking for a refund on false grounds, claiming there’s no activity.

Let me repeat: The group is still live, and it will continue to make money. Whether the next signal comes tomorrow or in 10 days doesn’t matter—the group is active, and the opportunities will come. You’re the only one complaining about a small loss and a pause from the owner, which is something none of us can control.

To address your final point, yes, I mentioned that I paid with a credit card and could charge back if necessary. But I won’t, because the group is profitable. Just because I have that option doesn’t mean I should take it, especially when the group is delivering results.

I’m sorry that this hasn’t gone the way you expected, but this is the reality of high-risk investments. We all agreed to the risk. The deal is done, and we all have to move forward.

I believe we’re just repeating ourselves at this point. There’s nothing new to add, so let’s wait for the admins to respond and make their decision.

EDIT:
To put it in terms you might understand, I have more than enough money to refund you 10 times over. And guess what? People are offering me €1,250+ to get into this group, but I’m not creating competition for those who bought in early. Yet, here we are—because you’ve been such a pain, I’m actually happy to waste my time arguing with you over something far more valuable than you realize. A single post in this group pushs over 100k€ buy volume into a coin in under 5 seconds, and it seems you don’t even understand the significance of that.

@admins, with this message, I’d like to offer a 50% refund as a possible solution. While I firmly believe his request is based on unfair grounds, I’m still open to resolving this matter amicably and offering something, even though the claim isn’t justified. Please let me know if this is acceptable.

I see that you keep repeating yourself since you can't make any arguments. I will make a brief summary and will stop posting since there's no progress with you.
When you say high risk, it means a chance of losing money, which I agreed to and didn't tell you to refund the money I lost in the trade we both lost money in.
You claim that me saying that the group is inactive is on false grounds, but there was no activity for 1 month, immediately after I joined.
You claim that I chose to sit out the next trade, ignoring the fact that i followed what you told me.

Now you want to refund 50% since you're starting to understand how wrong you are, but I already asked to resolve this amicably and privately, and you asked me to open a deal dispute so that you can make an ass of yourself in front of everybody.
I will take a full refund of the amount thank you very much. Since you didn't offer anything, expect an attitude and a headache.

The seller asked me to confirm if I still want my refund.
I said yes and sent my address, waiting for him to send.

I’ve edited much of this Post since it seems like we’ve reached the maximum number of replies. @Micrinne, could you kindly edit your response into your last reply? Thanks!

I said yes and sent my address, waiting for him tI get a private message about a 50% refund, it seems like it was a imposter and the OP still wants a 100% refund...

Also he legit just told me he just wants a refund, instead of just using the signals he bought, if admins wanna check Dexscrenner go ahead Solana Coin: Fork 22.10.2024 20:00 CET TIME 200% profit in 10 seconds after the post(my bot buys instant). He just did not take the signals because idk.

Would also like to know where the insults are from my side "from day one"

P.S. If sushi is expensive for you, you're missing the point. All I'm trying to say is that I have more important things to focus on. The fact that these Pumps & Dumps can earn me up to five figures in a single pump might explain why I come across as (yes, cringe) "rich." Now, can you please answer my questions properly instead of avoiding them?
  1. Why aren't you taking advantage of the Pumps?
  2. Where exactly did I insult you "from the beginning"?
  3. Why didn't you request a refund earlier?
And just for my curiosity: why is sushi expensive for you?
As I said before, take care and have a great night!

The seller wants to refund only 50%. I refused.
Looks like he's starting to realize how bad his position looks, but still wants to make some profit.

For someone that claims to make so much money, he's trying very hard to keep a few hundred dollars. Scammer behavior.

Update:
[Image: keek.gif] [Image: keek.gif] [Image: keek.gif] Now he's sending me pictures of him eating sushi to prove that he has money.[Image: keek.gif] [Image: keek.gif] [Image: keek.gif]
