New DWC (Deal With Caution)

Suggestions:
1) When someone makes a scam report against u, all ur usergroups get removed and DWC user group gets added (https://linx.do/selif/xer1nkoh.png)
2) Make a special color for DWC usergroup
3) Signature gets removed too (until u get out of DWC, u won't be able to add signature)
4) Able to get out of DWC only if u get 5 real vouches after report was made (abusing the system to get vouches = ban)
5) When someone gets added to DWC group just because he is sketchy there should be a redirect to a thread explaining why people get added to DWC without scam reports (currently this feature is missing, when u click on "Community Alert: Deal with caution", nothing happens)
