New Game suggestions? Just finished Elden Ring

Like the title says, I just got done with Elden Ring and have been on a lookout for my next game since!!

Tried a few games like RDR2 and Rimworld but ultimately they couldn't hold my interest

Looking for something "up-close" and challenging, but more importantly, have lots of exploration and has an adventurous VIBE to it! 
Elden Ring did a lot of that for me and now the bar for games has been raised higher, for me.

Any suggestions would be great!

Serious question - did you really like Elden Ring? Played it for a couple hours and ended up uninstalling it. I couldn't tolerate it, tbh.

Very much so! Probably one of the best games I've ever played, that said, it's not for everyone and there are some difficulty curve to overcome

I died a lot and had a lot of difficulty killing that first village of soldiers at first, but I had fun slowly figuring out how to overcome the challenge and kill them with stealth. Took me awhile to get used to the controls but everytime I overcame some tough challenge, I felt more and more gratified. The game and its world is also HUGE, with a massive amount of weapons, spells, enemies and locations, I had a lot of exploration ahead of me, which is something I love in games. Playing with spells and using summons also made some of the boss fights bearable. 

Though again, its not for everyone. It really depends on what you look for in a game.

TBH, it felt like a hack and slash type of game with a component of adventure. I dunno, like you said, to each his own. Personally I didn't like the fact that there were very few "friendlies" in the game. Essentially, anyone you saw is trying to kill you.

I've played adventure sandbox games like -Skyrim, the Fable series, M&B series - which I found incredibly fun. There was a story line with side stuff you can do. I felt like Elden Rings was lacking that. 

But again, like you said, it might not be for everyone.

It's very much more a souls type game, than adventure rpg like skyrim where you can change the world not so?

If you liked Elden Ring, you should be at home in the Dark Souls Series, Nioh or Ghost of Tsushima. If you would like something on the RPG side, Witcher 3 GOTY.
