and my other inquiry is, how much do i can charge for the following Account set.

Welcome to cracked! I think your best bet is to just contact other sellers and ask about their pricing, so you get a better understanding of how much they charge for which services. I'd give out 1 vouch copy to some high ranking member or do middle man in the beginning so people trust you + your pricing should be lower in the beginning.
